About FoBM
Friends of Bull Mountain (FoBM) is a domestic nonprofit, mutual benefit corporation, established in 2004 and registered with the State of Oregon. For a period of time FoBM registered as a Political Action Committee (PAC) to address issues placed before the voters in November 2004. These issues related primarily to a City of Tigard annexation measure. The work of the PAC was finished early in 2006 and the PAC was dissolved.
Friends of Bull Mountain is a community-centered organization dedicated to serving people and places throughout the greater Bull Mountain area. The organization’s current directors are Richard Franzke, Keshmira McVey and Lisa Hamilton-Treick, all long-time residents of Bull Mountain. FoBM is supported 100% by community volunteers. For more information, please see “Events and Accomplishments” on our Home Page.

Friends of Bull Mountain is one of two active citizen involvement organizations in the Bull Mountain area and operates solely through the generous contributions of its new and long-time supporters and through its community-building fundraising events. We greatly appreciate donations from individuals and businesses committed to keeping Bull Mountain a great place to live, work, play and do business.
*At the present time, FoBM is not a charitable 501c3. The second active citizen involvement organization is CPO 4B (Washington County Citizen’s Participation Organization 4B, serving all of Bull Mountain and areas of Tigard.)
